The Three Lions enter the tournament as one of several teams tipped to potentially go all the way, and are bidding to break their 60-year wait for silverware this summer.
England have been drawn in Group L with Croatia, Ghana and Panama. The first game against Luka Modric’s side pencilled in for June 17 in Arlington, Texas.

England’s squad for the 2026 Fifa World Cup will be revealed at 9.45am BST on Friday, May 22, from Wembley Stadium, London.

Supporters can stream the entire announcement and subsequent press conference through the official England app.

The announcement won't be televised on any conventional TV channel.
When will we hear from Thomas Tuchel?
The England boss is set to speak to the media from around 11am BST.
Who's expected to be in it?
According to The Mirror, Tuchel is set to make several surprising calls, with Ivan Toney set to receive a sensational call-up.
Ollie Watkins, Noni Madueke, Jordan Henderson and Kobbie Mainoo are similarly expected to make the cut.
However, stars like Phil Foden, Cole Palmer and Harry Maguire are all set to be axed.
